Deposits and Appointment Fees:

Cancellations and Refunds:

You may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit.

Commencement of Services:

By confirming a booking for a specific date/time, you consent to us beginning the service within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, and therefore, you may lose the right to cancel once the service has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a booking if clinical or operational reasons require it.
